With over 22 years of experience as a social worker in a community healthcare setting, I help individuals and couples, navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and relationship struggles with clarity, warmth and skill. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in both deep clinical training and real world experience. In the spirit of life always evolving, after 22 years in a community setting I decided to begin the process of finishing my clinical supervision hours. If nothing changes, nothing will be different.
